Tempting Truffles DinnerThursday 8th November, 6.30pm
Join us for an evening of all things truffle!
Our award-winning Head Chef Dan Ashmore has set himself the ambitious challenge of creating an incredible 4-course menu with each course inspired by truffles – even the dessert!
The truffles for this menu will be supplied by Zak Frost of Wiltshire Truffles as seen on BBC1 and Channel 4. The small family business has one single objective - to hunt and source the finest truffles. As well as personally hunting wild Autumn truffles from a unique secret location in Wiltshire, they import beautiful truffles direct from Australia, Italy and Spain.
English Black Autumn Truffles and Italian White Truffles are two of the four that will feature as part of this extravagant menu. The English autumn truffles grow wild in the woodlands of a very special farm in Wiltshire. The beautiful white truffles with a stunning aroma come direct from Modena, Tuscany and Umbria.
